Latest In Beauty is a subscription box service. I first heard of them when I saw that Céline from Honestly Céline had a photo on her Instagram where she spoke about what she had received in her box. Since I saw that post I had been checking the Latest In Beauty website on the different products they had and also the different boxes they had in their collection.
Their #GetLippy Beauty Box was created in partnership with The Eve Appeal and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW). The following information is from Latest In Beauty.com
“The Eve Appeal is the only UK national charity raising awareness and funding research into the five gynaecological cancers. The #GetLippy campaign invites you to get together with colleagues, friends and family, to speak up and out about signs and symptoms of women’s cancers.
In celebration of this fantastic campaign, we’ve curated a beauty box bursting with beautiful lip products to help you pucker up, pout and shout about women’s gynaecological cancers, with 10% of all proceeds going to The Eve Appeal.”
So, not only is it a great box, but it was created with a charity to raise awareness about women’s gynaecological cancers, so for me, it was a big plus. I love to support charity whenever I can and however I can.
The following items were included in this box:
- Bourjois rouge velvet the lipstick in the shade 02 Flaming Rose
- Burt’s Bees glossy lipstick in the shade Blush Ripple
- Dr Lipp Original Nipple Balm
- Elemis White Flowers eye and lip makeup remover
- EOS Visibly Soft Lasting Hydration lip balm in vanilla mint
- Hanx condom
- Hourglass Opaque Rouge liquid lipstick in Icon
- Latest In Beauty compact mirror
- Lipcote lipstick sealer
- Wunder2 tinted lip plumping gloss (I got the Nude shade)
This box costs £25 and 10% of all sales of this box go to The Eve Appeal, you can read more about The Eve Appeal here.
Individually the full-sized items in this box would set you back £84.12, so £25 for a box that contains all of these and more is pretty amazing. The Hourglass lipstick alone is £25.
This box you can buy without subscribing, which I like. I like to be able to buy boxes like this but without having a subscription or having to worry about cancelling a subscription without penalty.
Latest In Beauty have various subscription plans which you can view here. They also have a selection of one-off collection boxes which you can view here. Delivery was very quick and delivery is only £3.95 too. If you would like to purchase one of #GetLippy Eve Appeal boxes, you can do so here. Latest In Beauty don’t deliver to Ireland, however I used a parcel forwarding service to get mine.
