Hey Everyone,
I wanted to do a quick post on my sales picks from Sephora as they are currently having an appreciation sale. I know that they don’t ship to Ireland or UK so I use a shipping service to get Sephora items.
The sale started last Friday exclusively for Rouge members and opens to the other two membership levels on August 30th – this coming Thursday.
There are three membership levels, there is Beauty Insider, VIB and Rouge. The discounts are 10% for Beauty Insider, 15% for VIB and 20% for Rouge. The codes for the sale are as follows:
- Beauty Insider: YESINSIDER
- VIB: YESVIB
- ROUGE: YESROUGE
There are quite a few items that Sephora stock which I really like and if I have reviewed them, I will link to those reviews for you. If I haven’t reviewed them, I’ll give a brief overview of the item and my thoughts on it.
I will start off with the items by Marc Jacobs as there are quite a few of them. Any products of theirs I have tried, I have loved and would repurchase in a heartbeat. They are high quality and feel luxurious, mind you, for the price they are, they would want to. 😛
Marc Jacobs O! Mega Bronzer – Regular Line & Coconut Fantasy Collection
Surprise, surprise, I’ve included the Coconut Fantasy bronzer, in fairness, I couldn’t not. It is a beautiful product that is perfect for pale skins. It’s warm but not too warm that it looks orange, muddy or dirty.
(Top to Bottom) O!Mega Bronzer Perfect Tan Tantric 102, O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan 104 Tan-Tastic!
The regular bronzer is just as good. It is the same beautiful formula that is a dream to work with. The only difference being the shades. They apply and blend effortlessly. Both look beautiful and radiant on the skin. They are $49 full price and can be found here and here.
Marc Jacobs Coconut Fantasy Collection Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter
These are absolutely beautiful and well worth picking up. They are a stunning colour and really illuminate my skin but without looking over the top or making me like the Tin Man.
They’re a really gorgeous formula and consistency too. These are $44 full price and you can find them here.
Marc Jacobs Coconut Fantasy Collection Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter
There is also a lighter shade available in these, the shade is called Dew You? which is more of a light-golden, almost champagne shade. I haven’t tried these myself but if they are anything like the Fantasy Dew Drops, they are well worth picking up, particularly if you have very pale skin. These are also $44 and can be found here.
Marc Jacobs Coconut Fantasy Collection Eye-Conic Eyeshadow Palette – Fantascene
I know, I know, another item from the Coconut collection. This eye palette is a gorgeous one if you have green eyes like I do. I find the colour selection in it to compliment my eye colour perfectly.
Not to mention the formula, which like the bronzer is a dream to work with. There is little to no fall out from these, Meet Ya is the only the shade where there is a very small amount, but it’s nothing major and nothing that a fluffy brush won’t sweep away and fix.
Marc Jacobs Coconut Fantasy Collection Eye-Conic Eyeshadow Palette – Fantascene
This is $49 and can be found here. My previous post was about this collection and you can find it here.
Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner
These eyeliners by Marc Jacobs are my favourite ones especially for the top and bottom waterlines. I regularly use the shade Blacquer on my top waterline and I love how it instantly makes my eye lashes look thicker and fuller.

It doesn’t transfer either so no worries about smudging or panda eyes. I also love it to smudge along my upper lash line for a smokey effect. It is long lasting without fading. These eye pencils are $25 and can be found here.
Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick
These lipsticks by Marc Jacobs are some of the best money can buy. They are opaque in one coat, they’re long lasting, they fade / wear off evenly, they aren’t patchy, they’re creamy and some of the most comfortable to wear. I have the shade Kiss Kiss Bang Bang which is a gorgeous pink shade and one that is perfect for Autumn/Winter. These are $30 and can be found here.

Marc Jacobs O! Mega Lash Volumizing Mascara
This mascara is an absolutely gorgeous one especially for daytime. It gives length, separation and volume, it is long wearing without fading, flaking or smudging.
The wand is a lovely shape and size, not too big or small and it coats my lashes with just the right amount of product. This mascara is $26 and can be found here.

Marc Jacobs The Undersmoke Kit – Gel Eyeliner and Volumizing Mascara Set
This is a great set that contains three travel sized items. The set is $25 and can be found here. Included are the following three items:
- Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon in Blacquer
- Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon in (Earth)quake
- Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara in Noir
(Top to bottom) Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara, Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon (Earth)quake, Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon Blacquer
Marc Jacobs Bestselling Mascara & Gel Eyeliner Set
Another nice little set that contains a Petite Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in Blacquer and a Petite Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara. This is a lovely set but I think The Undersmoke Set is better value and only $5 extra. This set is $20 and can be found here.

Marc Jacobs Reinvented Lip Duo & Longwear Lip Sets
These are two lip sets that I quite like the look of and if I didn’t own similar products; I would definitely purchase.
The first set is their Reinvented Lip Duo which contains a Le Marc Lip Creme in Slow Burn and an Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lip Gloss in Allow Me.

Their Longwear Lip Set which contains a Petite (P)outliner Longwear Lip Pencil in Slow Burn and a Petite Le marc Lip Crème in Slow Burn.

I’ve spoken above how I really love the Le Marc Lip Crème lipsticks and how long-wearing and opaque these are. I’m currently using a lip liner and lip gloss by Marc Jacobs and I am really enjoying them. The lip gloss and liner are both in the shade Cream and Sugar, which is a lovely pale nude. Each set is $20 and they can be found here and here.
Boscia Luminizing Black Charcoal Mask
Boscia Luminizing Black Charcoal Mask
This is a gorgeous peel off mask by Boscia, a brand that prides itself on using only natural ingredients in their products. I had a sample size which I’ve since used up and I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t amazing or incredible but it was a really lovely product to use.
I didn’t find it harsh or abrasive on my skin which is dry, dehydrated and slightly sensitive. There are two sizes available in this, an 80g tube for $34 and a 140g tube for $49, you can find it here.
There is also a pink version available that costs $22 for 80g. I have a recent post about this mask along with pictures here.
Sephora Collection Face & Lip Sheet Masks
The Sephora Collection sheet face masks are some of my favourites. They are affordable, they are available for many different skin types and they work well. The Pearl mask is my favourite, I just love how it feels on my skin and how my skin feels afterwards.
It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, plump, hydrated and nourished. These masks are $6 each and can be found here. There is currently an offer on; buy three masks and get a fourth for free.
Sephora Collection Face & Lip Sheet Masks
The lip masks, just like the face masks, leave my lips feeling soft, smooth, hydrated, plump and nourished and they smell great too. There are two types available; Rose and Shea and they can be found here and here.
Urban Decay Naked 4some
A great vault set that contains four of Urban Decay’s Naked Palettes. The palettes included in this are Naked Palette original (now discontinued), Naked2, Naked3 & Naked Heat.
The palettes individually are worth $189 and with the discount on top of it, it’s good value and one to check out. This vault is $160 and can be found here.

Stila Glitter On The Go Liquid Eye Shadow Set
This is another great set that’s perfect if you want to try the Glitter & Glow eye shadows by Stila. The set contains three travel sized shadows in the shades Rose Gold Retro, Kitten Karma and Smoldering Satin. The full-sized shadows individually are $24 / €27 / £23.
This set is $25 and can be found here. I have a full a review and swatches on some of the Stila Glitter & Glow eye shadows, which you can read here.

beautyblender x Too Faced Beauty Sleep Set
Another great set, that I purchased this earlier in the year from Cult Beauty and have had great use from it since.
If it’s one that you have been wanting to try this set is one I would recommend. You get a full-size beauty blender, full size micro beauty blender, 30ml Hangover 3-in-1 Setting Spray and a mini size (5ml) of the Hangover primer. The set is $40.00 and you can find it here.

Smashbox Try It Kit – Primer Authority Set
Another great little set, this time from Smashbox with a selection of their priming products in travel sizes. Included in the set is the following:
- Photo Finish 24 Hour Shadow Primer (0.14 oz / 4ml)
- Photo Finish Primer Water (1.0 oz / 30ml)
- Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer (0.25 oz / 5ml)
- Photo Finish Foundation Primer (0.5 oz / 15ml)

I’m a big fan of the Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer in both the light formula and the regular, oil-free formula. I have used the regular formula for years and it is one I have repurchased many times.
It gives my skin a nice base for applying my foundation/base products over top and really helps them to look better on the skin. This set is $29 and can be found here.
Laura Mercier Set & Glow Mini Set
This is a great little set that contains three travel size powders which is a great way to try them at a reduced price. Also included is a Mini Velour Puff. The powders in this set are as follows:
- Translucent Loose Setting Powder (0.33 oz/ 9.3 g)
- Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eyes (0.04 oz/ 1 g)
- Mineral Illuminating Powder in Candlelight (0.19 oz/ 5.5 g)
If like me you have never tried Laura Mercier Powders but want to, this set is a great opportunity to do so. This set is $45 and can be found here.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Liquid Lipstick Trio
ABH make some of my favourite liquid lipsticks so when I saw this set, I couldn’t not include it.

This set contains three travel sized lipsticks in the shades Dazed, Bittersweet and Hudson. Individually the full-size lipsticks are $20 so this set is a nice way to try them. This set is $25 and can be found here.
(Top to bottom) Tulip, Carina, Dusy Rose, Catnip, Allison.
I have five liquid lipsticks by ABH. I have Allison, Carina, Catnip, Dusty Rose & Tulip and they are some of the best liquid lipsticks I have tried. They are creamy, pigmented, long lasting, comfortable to wear and they wear off evenly.
Becca Iconics: Prime, Brighten And Glow Trio Set
If you want to try any of Becca’s products, this set is a must-have. It contains three of their bestselling products in travel sizes.
- Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Opal (0.28 oz/ 7.93 g)
- Under Eye Brightening Corrector (0.08 oz/ 2.36 ml)
- First Light Priming Filter 0.5 oz/ 15 ml)
Becca’s corrector is a staple product for me. I have a full review and swatches of the corrector here. I have shocking dark circles and this corrector is the only product I have found that really help to minimise the darkness and brighten up my eye area.
It’s a really lovely product to use. It’s creamy, long-wearing, has good coverage and is amazing for brightening.

The First Light Priming Filter is a really lovely primer that gives a nice iridescence to my skin and looks gorgeous under any foundation.
I don’t own the Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal; but I do have it in Parisian Lights and Royal Glow. These are absolutely gorgeous products, they are buttery, creamy, soft and look beautiful on the skin. This set is $40 and can be found here.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer
This is a beautiful primer that that has a lovely consistency and formula that works well for dry skin. It feels so moisturising and hydrating on the skin and luxurious and any foundation goes on well over it and performs well too. There are three sizes available mini (8.9ml), eegular (30ml) and jumbo (59ml).
Feel Unique have the large (jumbo size) for €117 which is nearly double the price of what it is in Sephora, especially when you factor in the discount. In Sephora the mini is $19, the regular size is $54 and the jumbo is $75.
The large size is quite a bit cheaper and well worth purchasing considering it is only $23 extra and with the discount it works out at even better value. You can find this primer here.

That rounds up my picks from the Sephora sale. I hope you enjoy this post and found it helpful.
Happy shopping, until next time, take care xx
