About two weeks ago I was browsing Instagram and I saw that BeautyQueenUK had posted a photo of July’s Treatd box by Mintd. That was my first time to hear of Mintd or see one of their boxes.
I love the packaging. I love the marble and rose gold (unsurprising given rose gold is one of my favourite colours).
When you open the box there is a lovely silver ribbon tying everything together and a little pamphlet containing information about each of the products in this box.
I loved the rose gold ‘M’ symbol on the white crepe paper too. I just love the attention to detail.
Once opened this is how the products are laid out in the box. The De Mamiel Mist was in bubble wrap which I removed for the photos.
I was super impressed (and quite shocked) to see what was included in their July box. Mintd are celebrating their second birthday so put together this box of goodies to celebrate.
I was amazed at what not only is in the box but the fact that three of the items are full size.
Included in this box are the following products:
- Sunday Riley Clay Slip cleanser (full size)
- Oskia Renaissance Mask (full size)
- Omorovicza Rose Lifting Serum (full size)
- De Mamiel Dewy Facial Mist (deluxe travel size)
I have never tried Sunday Riley or Omorovicza. They have been on my ever-growing to try list for a while now. I have used a few different Oskia products and loved them. They are staples in my skincare.
The item I have been wanting to try is the Oskia Renaissance Mask. Individually the mask costs £51.00 for 50mls on Cult Beauty.
The Sunday Riley Clay Slip cleanser costs £35.00, the Omorovicza Rose Lifting Serum costs £90.00 and a 100ml of De Mamiel’s Dewy Facial Mist costs £47.00, included in the box is a 30ml of this facial mist.
The Omorovicza Rose Lifting Serum alone costs £20 more than this box does.
This box costs £70.00 which is a lot but it is a bargain in comparison to paying full price for each item. Postage to the UK is free, however postage to Ireland is £6.50.
Buying the three full size items individually will set you back £176.00 (approx. €200), so the box is very much a bargain.
Mintd, however, is one box that I would have no issue subscribing to because they work with luxury brands and each monthly box contains 4-5 products. Some are full size and some deluxe sized.
One thing I quite like about Mintd is that you can cancel and reactivate your subscription at any time. If you didn’t want the August box you can cancel your subscription and then re-subscribe at a later date.
I haven’t tried any of the products included in this box yet as I am currently finishing up other skincare products. Once I have finished those items I will put these new goodies to the test and review them for you.
